UK overstock buyers · Pallets to containers · Brand-safe resale
For suppliers, manufacturers and importers
The order was confirmed, the stock was made, and then the customer pulled out. Now it's sitting in your warehouse with nowhere to go. We buy cancelled order stock from UK suppliers, so you can recover your cash and get your space back without chasing new buyers line by line.
You have four main options: try to resell it to other customers, negotiate with the original buyer to take some of it, hold it and hope, or sell it in bulk to a stock buyer. If you need the cash and space back quickly, selling the whole order to a buyer is usually the fastest and most certain route, especially when the stock was made to a specific customer's spec.
A cancelled order doesn't just mean lost revenue. You've already paid for materials, production, freight and duty. Now you also have to store the goods, insure them and find someone else who wants them. And the longer it takes, the more it costs.
It's even harder when the stock was made specifically for one customer:
That's where a buyer who takes the whole order in one go can save you months of work.
Holding several large loads rather than one cancelled order? See how we buy stock in bulk, by the pallet or container.
A packing list, purchase order or stock sheet is perfect. Tell us the products, quantities, how they're packed and where the stock is.
If the stock carries a customer's branding, or there are markets it mustn't be sold in, let us know now. We'll build that into our offer.
We make you one offer for the whole order, usually within 24 hours.
Accept the offer and we collect from your site, warehouse or port, and pay you before the stock leaves.

Many suppliers try the first two for a few weeks, then sell what's left. If you go that route, talk to us early. Stock is worth more the sooner it's sold.
Our offer depends on the product, brand, packaging, quantity and any resale restrictions. Generic or unbranded goods in standard packaging are easiest to resell. Customer-branded stock or goods with strict restrictions can still be bought, but usually at a lower price because the resale options are narrower.
Before you decide, check your contract with the original customer. Depending on the terms, you may be able to claim some of your costs back from them. Speak to a legal adviser if you're unsure.
Usually yes, if you own the stock and there are no restrictions in your contract. If it carries the customer's branding or trademarks, you may need their permission before it's resold. Check your terms first.
We can consider customer-branded stock where the brand owner agrees, or where it can be debranded or sold into agreed export markets. Tell us about the branding when you get in touch.
Once you accept an offer, we can usually arrange collection within a few days, depending on volume and location.
Yes. If the stock is already made, in transit or back in the UK, we can make an offer. Tell us where it is and what paperwork is in place.
It doesn't have to. We'll agree resale channels with you before you accept, such as export-only or away from named retailers.
It can be, depending on your contract. Many suppliers do both: they pursue a claim for costs while selling the stock to stop storage costs building up.
Send us the order details and get a firm, no-obligation offer for the whole lot, usually within 24 hours.
